the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We and our dealers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICING
Web prices may vary from in-store prices. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do the following:
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will either contact you or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
SALES TAX
Nebraska residents are required to pay 7% sales tax.
FREE SHIPPING
Free Shipping on orders over $150, is limited to standard ground service in the lower 48 states only, restrictions apply. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, International, APO addresses or PO Boxes. Oversized items, Hazardous Materials and Tires are not included in the Free Shipping offer. Special handling/shipping fees are not waived with this offer. Order
total of $150 must be reached with product purchases only - cannot include handling/shipping charges.
DELIVERY TIMES
Since we can not stock all the items that our customers order, we must order most items from our distributers. These items normally arrive at our dealership within 2-5 business days, and we will ship the order to you as soon as we get it. Orders are processed by our dealership Monday-Friday only. Order placed after
Noon, or on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays are processed the following business day.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns/Exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packaging. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 30 days after delivery. Customer pays all return shipping
charges.
No returns on electrical items or inner tubes.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. If you received an incorrect item due to our error, no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charges.
Return Shipping Instructions: If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for the full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. Enclose a copy of your invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send returns/exchanges to:
